NOLA Coastal Rowing Development Camp
New Orleans Rowing Club (NORC) to host a coastal rowing development camp in New Orleans, LA, Feb. 12-13, 2022. The camp will host about 24 athletes at the junior, elite, and masters levels.

USRowing Hiring: Coastal Rowing Coordinator
USRowing is seeking a Coastal Rowing Coordinator, a newly established position within the organization. This follows on the announcement in November 2020 that “USRowing's Board of Directors established an ad hoc committee to begin developing a framework to adopt and embrace coastal rowing in our role as the National Governing Body.”

World Rowing Statement on ‘24 Paris
Looks like coastal rowing will have to wait to make its Olympic debut. After reviewing the request from World Rowing to change the event program for Paris 2024 to include coastal, the IOC Executive Board has decided to hold off adding it until 2028.
