USRowing Hiring: Coastal Rowing Coordinator

USRowing announced on March 5, 2021 that it is seeking a Coastal Rowing Coordinator, a newly established position within the organization. This follows on the announcement in November 2020 that “USRowing's Board of Directors established an ad hoc committee to begin developing a framework to adopt and embrace coastal rowing in our role as the National Governing Body.”

The Coastal Rowing Coordinator will be in charge of oversight of coastal programming as it relates to National Teams and Domestic development. In this role, the Coordinator will work with the USRowing Coastal Working group and overall community along with USRowing staff and National Teams, Coaching Education, Domestic programs, Events, Communications, and Development.

According to Matt Imes, USRowing’s High Performance Director, the application period will be open for at least two weeks - through March 19, 2021.
