Junior Double Sculls Wins Silver at World Beach Sprint Finals

The junior mixed double sculls tandem of The Stewards Foundation’s Britt Wotovich and Brian O'Leary took home the silver medal on Sunday, September 26, 2021 giving the U.S. its best finish at the 2021 World Rowing Beach Sprint Finals in Oeiras, Portugal.

World Rowing Statement on ‘24 Paris

Looks like coastal rowing will have to wait to make its Olympic debut. After reviewing the request from World Rowing to change the event program for Paris 2024 to include coastal, the IOC Executive Board has decided to hold off adding it until 2028.

World Rowing Coaches Conference for 2020

As part of the conference, Coastal rowing will be discussed with chair of World Rowing’s Rowing for All Commission, Guin Batten discussing how to do beach sprints and beach sprint training.
