The mission of the OAR Festival is to showcase paddling and outdoor experiences in the Pensacola Bay Area and provide the community with recreational opportunities. With abundant local water resources and a citywide paddling trail, we seek to provide access and instruction for safe paddling along with education on our unique natural resources.

Pensacola Coastal Rowing will be on site offering the the community an opportunity to learn about coastal rowing and get on the water in coastal boats.

7:00am - 2k competitive course

1:00pm - Fun Race .5 mile and a family fun course
